Our mission

At Explore Mediation, our mission is to offer whole-hearted, practical and constructive support, to enable you and your former partner to find a way forward.

Separation can be overwhelming but our aim is to support you to have those difficult discussions about plans for the future in an informed and comfortable environment so that you can make real and sustainable progress.

We know that it is helpful for separating families to have a variety of options in terms of support and help during separation. We have a network of experts that we can refer you to where necessary, whether that is in terms of support with understanding financial information, or emotional support through counsellors and therapists that work with separating families.

When I first studied Law at Cambridge University, I knew that I wanted to specialise as a family lawyer, and was then delighted to join the top ranked Family Law Team at Withers LLP on qualification.  I have been a part of the team there for more than 20 years, most recently as a Senior Knowledge Lawyer.  I advise on a broad range of cases including  complex, often high net worth, financial division upon divorce; arrangements for children post separation; and the breakdown of cohabiting relationships.

I decided to train as a mediator to work with families and help them to discover common ground, explore pragmatic solutions, and ultimately find a way forward post-separation. I am Family Mediation Council accredited, and have been fortunate enough to work with many families who have navigated their way through a difficult and challenging time towards a bright future - being with them through that journey is a privilege.

I am passionate about promoting a child-focussed approach and supporting parents to find solutions that work for their whole family.
